Orders placed before 2 PM ET on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM ET or on weekends will dispatch the next business day.
We ship to 62 countries worldwide. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You may also view order status by signing into your account at any time.
All orders ship in our signature Aurelio packaging — hand-tied with grosgrain ribbon and accompanied by a handwritten note when requested. Complimentary on all orders. To include a personalised note, please add a comment at checkout.
We work with trusted carriers including FedEx, UPS, DHL Express, and USPS Priority Mail. All international orders are shipped fully insured.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Made-to-order and personalised items require an additional 5–7 business days before dispatch.
