Returns & Refunds

Eligibility

To be eligible for return, items must be:

• Returned within 30 days of delivery
• Unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition
• In original packaging with all designer tags and accessories attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

• Bespoke or personalised pieces (unless defective)
• Items marked as Final Sale
• Grooming products that have been opened (for hygiene reasons)
• Gift cards
• Worn or altered items

How to Return

1. Contact our team at concierge@aurelio.com within 30 days of delivery, providing your order number.
2. Receive a return label — for US orders, we email a prepaid shipping label within one business day.
3. Pack the piece securely in its original packaging.
4. Drop the parcel at any accepted carrier location.
5. Track your return using the provided tracking number.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Inspection: 1–2 business days from receipt
• Refund issued: 3–5 business days after approval
• Funds in account: 5–10 business days depending on your bank

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund is processed.

Defective or Damaged Items

If a piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a complimentary replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges to ensure the fastest possible service. To exchange for a different size or piece, please:

1. Return the original item following the process above.
2. Place a new order for the replacement.
3. Refund is issued upon receipt of the original.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked, insured service. Original shipping fees and any import duties are non-refundable on international returns.

Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift, please contact us with the sender's order number (if available). Refunds for gifts are issued as store credit, which does not expire.
